Fourkoko Chaw Commits to Hagerstown Community College
Hagerstown, Md. - The Hagerstown Community College men's soccer team announces the commitment of Thomas Johnson High School athlete Fourkoko Chaw.
Chaw, a midfielder for the Patriots in 2011 started 13 games and played in 16. He dished out one assist, while scoring two goals. He helped lead TJ to a first round win over South Hagerstown before being defeated in the 3A West Region Quarterfinals to Urbana High School.
In 2010 Chaw attended Frederick High School and played in 18 games and started nine. He finished his junior season with 20 points, from three goals and 11 assists. The Cadets finished 6-9-0.
Chaw joins former Thomas Johnson graduates Mamadou Jallow, Daniel Alvarado, Brian Hernandez, and Jesus Santiago on the Hawks.
“Fourkoko’s dedication and hardwork, combined with his technical ability will make him a successful student-athlete for us,” mentioned head coach Brian Eichelberger. “He will be able to contribute in the midfield this season. With the crop of players we have, the combinations we can put on the field will be very successful.”
