Hart Weaver Chooses Hagerstown to continue career

Hagerstown, Md.- Hart Weaver, Williamsport High School Senior, chooses Hagerstown Community College to continue his playing and academic career.

Weaver, a forward for the Wildcats, helped his team to a 12-4-1 overall record this past season. He tallied seven goals and three assists for 24 points during the 2013 season. He was awarded Second Team All-County Coaches and Second Team All-MVAL for his efforts. Williamsport captured the Washington County Tournament Title and advanced to the Second Round of the Class 2A playoffs before being eliminated by Oakdale.

In 2012, Weaver netted one goal, while his team finished 10-5-0.

Weaver is also a member of the Hagerstown Revolution, where he scored four goals in 2012 and five in 2013.

Weaver joins Williamsport teammate Collin McVicker as recently committed Hawks for the 2014 season.

"Hart has an excellent attitude and is excited to contribute to the program however he can, " mentioned HCC head coach Brian Eichelberger. "His true grit style and knack for being in the right place at the right time will be an important factor on this team. We look forward to developing him into a dangerous college player."
